We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The event organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, route, rules, or any other details related to the event at any time without prior notice.
6. Assumption of Risk
Participation in the Event is voluntary and entirely at the participant’s own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and partners shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused before, during, or after the event.
7. Force Majeure
The organizers shall not be responsible for cancellation, delay, or changes due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or public safety concerns.
8. Health & Safety Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and medically cleared to take part in the event. The organizers recommend consulting a physician before participating.
9. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any misconduct, violation of rules, or disruptive behavior may result in disqualification and removal from the event without refund.
10. Use of Images & Media
By participating, attendees grant permission to the organizers to use their photographs, video footage, or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes in any media, without compensation or further approval.
11. Liability Waiver
By registering, participants waive all claims of liability against the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and partners for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the course of the event.
12. Pricing Disclaimer
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Pricing is subject to change at the sole discretion of Playfree Sports India.
13. Shipping/Delivery Policy
As a service-based company, we offer event access and participation which will be confirmed via email/SMS upon successful registration. No physical products are shipped. Confirmation emails are typically sent within 24 hours of registration.
